Build a muscular chest with Pushups
Now, you will probably think I am loosing my marbles, now this is going to shock you, but you need to keep an open mind.
Recently people having been coming up to me and commenting about my muscular chest and how striated my chest is getting.
I keep getting the question
…”How much can you BENCH?”
Do you want to know the truth? I havent been doing the bench press
for the last 3 months, I’ve just been doing this simple highly effective exercise that we all neglect.
Okay I have had the p#ss ripped about NO WAY pushups could outperform the Bench Press for chest development.
But its true and my chest feels awesome
I knew from the early days of doing the bodyweight exercises at High School that my tryout and field performance SOARED! as well as my muscularity, then I hit the weights and forgot the power of the technique.
Look …DON’T get caught up in that same idiotic thinking that you need to push iron weight all the time to build muscularity like the masses will tell you.
When it comes to building muscle and burning fat, bodyweight exercises RULE!
