Sit at the end of a flat bench, with your body at a 45 degree angle to the bench grasping the end of the bench. Extend your legs downward ankles together in line with your body angle. Then pull your knees upto your chest whilst bending your legs completely, hold for a moment then return to the start position, do 10reps. Do these exercises and you will reach your goal, aim each time to increase the number of reps, do as many as you can.
