My Introduction
Just a bit about myself. My name is Dave and I live in a small industrial town called Scunthorpe in England. I am currently 38 years old and I started training 22 years ago now at a mere body weight of 10 stone 3lb, 34 inch chest, 12 inch arms. Obviously I had no good fortune of inherited genetics. There was only going to be one way to build a body and that was to be through blood sweat and tears. I never had the money to afford the luxury of expensive supplements. My work life was hectic and demanding . I spent years reading about weight training theory and practice and have religiously trained all the variation of routines and exercises. Never at anytime resorting to the sordid world of steroids, proving it is possible to build a high degree of body mass naturally.
