It is very clear and striking to see on reading the program, that Jeff has put an exciting "no holds barred" and totally comprehensive package together in clear, logical and easily understood steps appealing to both beginners to the most advanced muscle builders.

After reading the entire Optimum Anabolics program and personally trying the workout for seven weeks myself. It is clear to see that I have never seen an entire muscle building program made out in such an effective and straight forward manner. The outlay is easily understood with reinforced action bullet points for essential muscle growth.
The Optimum Anabolics program consists of two PDF Ebook manuals. The first manual consists of a 120 page step-by-step guide of the elements of the program. This manual clearly and concisely explains the workout principles and discusses in detail the 8 essential anabolic factors which need to be followed in order to create maximum lean muscle mass.

Jeff highlights the most effective result producing exercises for each bodypart and groups them into tables for you. Each exercise is described in full detail, on how to perform it to get the most effective results. All the workout tables are printable so it is as simple as "print and go" to the gym and perform.
As far as the diet aspect of the Optimum Anabolics program goes, I can't say too much about it for fear of giving away Jeff's secrets. But I will say that you will be absolutely shocked by the low protein phase of the workout and I can vouch personally that it is extremely effective in drastically increasing your muscle building testosterone levels, much to the disgust of money grabbing supplement companies. Body testosterone levels through the principals used can be elevated by upto 1000% of their normal levels!!.
Muscleblitz are independent and I personally try all the so called "revolutionary muscle building programs", but mark my words this one is special, very special!!.
I personally used the Optimum Anabolics Program for 7 weeks. It has to be the most thoroughly thoughtout system that I have ever used. Everything is formatted for you, the exercises, the reps, the sets, the rest durations and the diet. Every workout has a printable table so you can monitor your progress and record the weights you are lifting. Jeff also includes accurate ways of determining your lean bodyfat percentages. The workouts are awesome and at times very taxing even to an experienced lifter like myself. But the results are awesome, at first I was skeptical of the claims, but after 7 short weeks of the program I am a big believer. In just the short 7 weeks my bodyfat percentage dropped from 23% to 20% with a subsequent increase in lean bodyweight of 3lbs (muscle), my definition improved leaps and bounds. Make no mistake this is the real thing GUARANTEED!!!!!!!!
